Returns & Replacements

Your happiness matters to us.

Because our products are handcrafted and often personalised, we offer replacements rather than refunds in most cases. Here's how it works.

7-day replacement

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement.
  • Please share your order number and a photo of the item so we can resolve it quickly.

What's not eligible

  • Personalised or custom-made items, unless they arrived damaged or made incorrectly on our part.
  • Items showing signs of use, or returned without original packaging.
  • Minor handcrafted variations in colour, size, or finish (these are natural).

How to request

  1. Email care@snehsutra.in or message us on WhatsApp within 7 days.
  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue.
  3. Our team will confirm and arrange the replacement or pickup.

Refunds

Where a replacement isn't possible, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days.
